    Unlike commercial dog food that often contains preservatives or uses scientific methods to extend shelf life, our meals are freshly cooked on order and delivered without any additives, chemicals, or artificial processing.
  • How much time will the order be delivered in?
    The order will be delivered within the time slot you have chosen after we have received your order. Our delivery agents will give you a call as soon as they leave for your location.
  • How do I place an order?

  • What is your return/refund policy?
    Since our meals are perishable and made fresh to order, we do not accept returns. However, if there’s ever an issue with the quality or delivery, we’ll do our best to resolve it quickly. Your satisfaction and your pet’s well-being are our top priority.
  • How do I store the food if my dog doesn’t eat it immediately?
    We recommend serving it fresh, but if needed, you can freeze the meal for up to 24 hours. Just defrost and reheat it slightly before serving.
  • Is there a subscription plan?
